Virabhadrasana II (Warrior 2) Stretches hips, groins, chest and shoulders. Strengthens and stretches legs and ankles. Increases stamina. Develops balance, focus, and grounding. A staple posture in almost every Creekside Yoga class that can be adapted from beginner to advanced.
