Darryl has several years of Project Management and Sales/Marketing experience, mostly for commercial and industrial companies. He is originally from the Lindsay, ON area and currently resides in Picton. Darryl has a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a major in entrepreneurial management from Royal Roads University in Victoria BC.  He has always had a love for Real Estate, always keeping track of the listings in Lindsay and noticing the lack of quality marketing, he wrote a business plan in college for a company similar to OneLook.

Ryan is a seasoned professional in shooting and editing video for corporate and real estate applications. He completed his diploma in Broadcast Television from Confederation college in Thunder Bay in 2011. From there he worked for Crowe Productions in Picton, ON where he did video and editing for local businesses and real estate. Ryan has lived in Picton for 7 years with his wife Anne and newborn daughter. In the last 7 years, he has experienced the growth in tourism and real estate in the local market for Prince Edward County as a whole. With an interest in Real Estate, Ryan wrote a business plan in college for a company similar to OneLook.
