We are still accepting bookings, however we are limiting the number of shoots to 2 per day. Our online scheduler has been blocked off for the next 2 weeks. If you have a listing to book, please message, email, call or text Darryl (343-263-4841). . . We are still taking necessary precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone involved. With this in mind, please have your homeowners leave for the duration of our shoot. Send them for a walk or a drive. This has to be non-negotiable. We are shooting as is. We will not be moving items in the house. Please have all lights on, blinds up, spaces decluttered and disinfect immediately before and after our shoot. . . We recommend that unless it's absolutely necessary that sellers and buyers wait, but we understand there are circumstances that make it necessary. Our goal is to be able to offer virtual open houses and showings in order to limit the traffic to these homes as much as possible. Please consider booking our 3D tour and photos package for any upcoming listings that are necessary. . . Once again, thank you to everyone for their support and cooperation throughout this time. If you are not compliant with our new protocols we reserve the right to not shoot your listing and you will be charged a cancellation fee. We were officially incorporated on this day last year! And it has been quite the ride...entrepreneurship sure has its ups and downs but it has been worth it to get to work for ourselves and bring new and innovative services to our market!
