UTTERLY DISGUSTED & HUGELY DISSAPOINTED. I was banned from the store by an employee. He has never been very helpful. I had on a previous visit tried a mod with my batteries and my tank which he allowed it on a previou...this is the reason he banned me. I actually was served a no trespassing order from the police when I tried to exchange 6 defunct batteries which totals 90$+ I have been a loyal client since they opened 3 years ago. I have spent THOUSANDS in there. It is the only vape shop for miles. I have no car and I am on a limited Income as I am on ODSP. The original owner and the rest of the employees that work at the other locations are extremely friendly and helpful and courteous....I have never had a problem with them and it seemed extremely antagonist and super rude. He gravely lacks in customer service skills and has little to no of product knowledge.

Dear Selena, while we appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback, we feel it is appropriate to provide some clarification and our perspective on the reasons you were banned from our premises. First, we don’t employ anyone named Greg, nor have we ever. Second, we have full video and audio surveillance of all our stores, and find our employees conduct in this particular instance to be an outstanding display of restraint. Third, you were asked to leave our store for verbally abusing our employee who was correctly following our return policy which is clearly stated in our stores and on our receipts. You were banned for attempting to throw a bottle of water at our employee. And you were served a trespass notice for returning again despite being banned and attempting to say that I lifted the ban. From our perspective, we are also disappointed in the situation, we appreciate your previous support of our small business, however we stand behind our staff and will not tolerate any form of harassment or abuse in our stores.
