ABOUT US We are a family run, custom home building and renovation company. We specialize in design and building just about anything you can think of in residential construction. Since our establishment, almost all of our business has comes to us from referrals from past clients, sub-trades and other designers we have worked with. The quality of work plays a big role in what we do, but the relationships we form with our clients are just as important to the final product we produce. HISTORY Founded in 1979 by architectural designer and carpenter William (Bill) Bosiak, W. R. Bosiak Construction has become an accomplished and recognized custom homebuilding company in the Quinte and Prince Edward County region. Family run since it’s origin, Bill, Barbara, their son Chris, and a team of dedicated carpenters have committed to provide exceptional quality, total client satisfaction, and uncompromising attention to detail into every home they build. With 40 years in the residential construction trade, Bill brings extensive building expertise and design experience to the company while Chris, working along side Bill for over a decade, assumes project management duties and is a point of contact for clients. Together with their team of in-house carpenters, local expert trades and suppliers, W. R. Bosiak construction create homes that are functional, efficient and customized.
